A busy Optical store looking for an optometric assistant full time or part time in the Surrey Langley area. Optometric, optical or medical office experience would be preferred, however, for the right candidate, training will be available. The right candidate must be outgoing, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast paced work environment, and be detail orientated and be a team player.
Duties would include Greeting customers, direct billing, taking payments, phone calls, recalls and frame adjustments.
The position has an hourly wage with benefits. The compensation is based upon experience.
