We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join our
IRIS team at Richmond Centre FOR FULLTIME OR PART TIME positions.
As an associate at IRIS, you will be responsible for educating customers about sunglass and eyewear choices as well as assist with lens choices. The associate would also assist the Dr. of Optometry with pre-testing of patients.
Ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and a strong interest in fashion as well as in the optometry field.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Meet and exceed sales goals

• Strong team player
• Developing and maintaining a sound, long term customer base
• Participate in merchandising
• Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory and procedures
• Constantly update product and sales knowledge
• Maintain the visual appeal of your store
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner
Qualifications:
• Sales and fashion experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Motivated and committed to driving sales
• English fluency a must, Mandarin an asset.
