Your mission

As a Registered Optician, you will be responsible for managing the vision health program locally for a temporary mandate of 3 months.

Your main challenges

• Manage and organize appointment slots to meet the needs of all shifts (e.g., offer early morning slots for night employees and later evening slots for evening employees)
• Recommend products based on employee needs
• Take the necessary measurements
• Place orders to the laboratory via WINK (PMS)
• Follow ups with the laboratory
• Proceed with the delivery of the lenses once received: make sure that the vision is good and make the necessary adjustments.
• Manage rework (if necessary)
• Ensure that any technical issues with the PMS and booking platform are identified and reported to Wink and followed up until they are resolved
• Be in contact with the marketing department to ensure knowledge of new products and to make sure that the sales support material is always up to date.

Your profile

• Registered optician (required);
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role;
• Autonomous, team player, organized and rigorous;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Very strong ability to multi-task quickly and efficiently;
• Good knowledge of Essilor products;
• Good knowledge of the Google suite and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
• Knowledge of Optifacts and Wink (an asset);
• Language: English - spoken and written.
