Calgary Family Eye Doctors is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing personality to join our team.

Position: Optometric Assistant
Job Type: Full time.
We are open Monday to Thursday 8am -6pm and Fridays 8am -4pm. (We are closed on weekends and all statutory holidays).
Job Duties:
Reception: Greeting and checking in patients, answering phones, booking appointments and various administrative tasks related to patient care, payment processing and insurance billings.
Pretesting Patients: Our office incorporates high tech equipment and integrated electronic medical records so the candidate should possess excellent computer skills. Accuracy and attention to detail are key for this role.
The ability to multi-task in a high paced environment is essential. Exceptional communication is a must to maintain patient flow and team care. We are looking for a candidate who has experience at an optometry office.
