The Optometry Receptionist supports our Eye Care clinic and Optometrists by fulfilling several functions. With the objective of providing exceptional customer service, we require a receptionist who will answer our busy phone lines and respond to emails assisting patients with queries and scheduling. The Receptionist will also assist with front desk duties, performing work such as greeting patients, as well as sending recalls, reminders and referrals. Cross training and team work are key to the success of our department; training will be provided for pretesting and other functions necessary to assist in our busy clinic.
Key characteristics for this role: excellent communication skills, both written and verbal / expert in customer service and conflict resolution / enjoy multi-tasking / supremely organized.
