Your opportunity and practice
Offering eye exams when our patients need them means having the right team in each of our clinics. We are recruiting a team of dynamic and like-minded optometrists who will work at approximately 3 newly designed clinics in proximity of each other.
Our extraordinary locum experience gives you:
- Annual bonus: We’re setting a new industry benchmark to show we truly value you. For every month you work, you accrue $500 – think of it as a free paid day every month – to earn a $6,000 bonus paid out annually.
- Secured flexibility: 5 days’ work (or less if you want part time hours) guaranteed and we will help organize your schedule
- Support: Get regular check-ins to make sure you love life at Specsavers
- Clinical excellence: Benefit from our investment in the latest clinical technology such as Optical Coherence Tomography as we upgrade all our clinics
- Professional development: Get access to a qualified optometry support consultant for professional development on-site and virtually
- Compensation based on guaranteed minimum of $500 per day (circa $120,000 annually) or 60% of billings, whichever is greater. PLUS $6,000 bonus accrued annually.

We have numerous locations throughout BC in Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Surrey, Delta, Langley, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Victoria, Nanaimo, and Kelowna – with new clinics opening soon!
